DAMAGED ITEMS- If upon receipt of your item it is damaged please contact me within 24hours of delivery with photos of the damage. I will arrange a replacement and ship to you at no extra cost. I do not offer refunds on damaged items
LOST IN TRANSIT- should your item be lost in transit I will replace the item and ship to you at no extra cost. All items are sent fully tracked
GENERAL RETURNS- Should you wish to return your item within 14 days of purchase please get in touch with me and arrange to return the item. The product should be unused and unmodified. It should be returned in its original packaging including any shipping documents.The cost of returning the item is your responsibility, this includes both shipping and any taxes that may occur. I highly recommend that the item is returned using a fully tracked and insured shipping service, as whilst in transit the item is your responsibility. Once I receive the return I will issue a refund minus the original shipping charge.
CANCELLATIONS- as the items are of a handmade nature and often personalised I do not offer cancellations
